Pick-Up and Delivery

We are located in the Cleveland, Ohio.

We can arrange to have you pick up your glider(s) at either our residence in University Heights, or our retail shop in Cleveland. Pick-up are generally availble most evenings or weekends, but must be arranged in advance.

Alternatively, we can arrange to deliver glider(s) to you within Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Again, arrangements must be made in advance, and availability is generally during the evenings or weekends. Purchaser or authorized agent must be at delivery location to accept glider(s).

Glider(s) are generally transported in a bonding pouch, which would be yours to keep.

Arrangements for either pick-up or delivery must be made within 7 days of purchase.

We do not ship at this time.
