Returns & Refunds policy

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or refunds.

All sugar gliders must be delivered or picked up within 7 days of purchase. Buyer agrees any failure to complete pick-up or delivery within 7 days of purchase will result in forfeiture of the entire sale price of the sugar glider(s) to the Seller.

Health Guarantee:

Buyer understands that sugar glider(s) sold by Seller are healthy. However, no health guarantee is provided once the glider(s) have left the care of the Seller due to the fact that sugar gliders can become injured or sick within a very short period of time without proper care.
